How long should I expect before I will be back in shape - I am used to working out 4-5 times per week at the minimum?
Any tips in speeding up the process?

- water - diet - exercise don't overdue it. it takes time - but you can probably get back into shape quickly given you were in healthy shape before your pregancy. i would say small portions, five or six times per day, and working out. drink no more than 4 liters a day. timeframe - 90 days or so.
Re: Getting back in shapeRelaxation exercises are key - we recently bought the WII fit and it is a really fun way to get back in shape.

Re: Getting back in shapeI like the suggestion above of drinking lots of water, watching your diet, and exercise. Those are always great suggestions. I'd also suggest making sure you are getting an adequate amount of rest every night. So often we focus on what we need to do to get back in shape that we neglect the fact that rest is critical. And with a newborn, that's easier said than done. But getting the proper amount of rest every night is very important to your plan!
