Are there any good books on what to expect during child birth? I have a million questions that I would love to have answered before my scheduled delivery.

Well, the bible so to speak for new mom's is "What to Expect When You Are Expecting." There is not a question in there that can't answer your questions. I'd also suggesting searching on Google for forums like this one where you can talk to "real mom's". There's nothing better than reading answers to your questions from people who have actually gone through what you are going through...

Do a search on the net- lots of great little articles and easier to read than a big book
